We welcome returns and replacements under the following terms.

Damaged Condition:If the product is received in a damaged Condition (video Required).

Wrong product: If a wrong product has been dispatched to you and in Case that a product does not Match the item order by the Customer (video Required).

Manufacturing Defect:If there is a Manufacturing defect on the received product (make a video and let us know.) (Video required)

Return Process

A) Breakages - In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or broken during transit, we kindly request that you send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to our email address Support@Pujfit.Com. This will enable us to quickly assess the damage and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. We appreciate your cooperation and will ensure that the necessary steps are taken to make things right.

B) Cancellation- At our company, we prioritize the complete satisfaction of our valuable customers. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@Pujfit.Com or through WhatsApp at 9821654220 within 6 hours of ordering. We will be more than happy to assist you with your request.

C) Wrong Product Received - We understand that sometimes things might not go as planned, and you might receive a product that is different from what you have ordered. In such an unlikely event, we would like to assure you that we're here to help. If you receive a product that doesn't match your order, please make a video and immediately get in touch with us through our WhatsApp chat support or email us at support@Pujfit.com. We will take your complaint seriously and work towards making it right for you. To obtain a refund or an exchange, you must return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with all the original contents within 24 hours from the date these goods were delivered. Our support team will contact you to explain the return and pickup process. We value your trust in us, and we will do everything in our power to make sure you have a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience.


After hawan or puja remains products will not be replace or return.

Any single product in the kit or set cannot be replaced or return.

Any single product of hawan and katha or any bunch can not be replaced or return

In case of return excluding the above the reasons we will refund you the amount of the bought product after taking out the freight or shipping cost.

Returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful then refund or exchange facility apply.

After the refund has been initiated as per the return policy the refund amount is expected to be reflect in the customer’s giving account details under the 10-14 working days.
