Shipping Policy

Welcome to our shipping policy! This document outlines the shipping policy that applies to customers who make purchases at www.pujfit.com. 1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 12 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of your order and the destination.

Note: Order having value more than 400 rupees will be free delivery.
Below 400 rupees it will be applicable for shipping charges.
3. Shipping Time period:

We offer the following shipping time period:

All location: 2-7 working days

For tier 2 cities: 3-5 working days

For metro cities: 2-4 working days

For Delhi and NCR: 2-3 days

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages:

PUFIT.COM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Delivery Time Estimates:

The delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as Geographical locations, weather conditions or peak shipping periods. We are not responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts:

If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for the return and re-shipment of the order.

Order Execution

We process and dispatch all orders placed from Monday to Saturday on the same day. However, please note that any orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on Monday or on the next business day. We hope this information helps you plan your purchases accordingly.
